Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Opsycle at opsycle.com and related applications (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Opsycle provides software for cleaning and home-service businesses to manage clients, schedules, jobs, quotes, invoices, packages, bookings, and related workflows. Features may change as we improve the product. Free and paid plans have different limits as described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

• You will not share login credentials in a way that violates plan seat limits.
• You will not attempt to probe, abuse, or disrupt the Service.
• You will not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of data you upload (clients, jobs, invoices, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having rights to the data you upload, including personal data of your clients and team.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment partners (e.g. Lemon Squeezy). Fees, renewals, and taxes are shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except where our payment partner's policies or a written agreement says otherwise. We may change prices with notice for subsequent billing periods. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

5. Free trials and free plan

We may offer free plans or trials with usage limits. We can modify or discontinue free offerings with reasonable notice. Abuse of free tiers may result in termination.

6. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the Service (except where allowed by law), resell it without permission, send spam via the Service, or use it to violate others' rights. We may suspend accounts that threaten security or violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPSYCLE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR EUR 100 IF YOU ARE ON A FREE PLAN).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete data after a reasonable retention period unless law requires longer storage.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Opsycle operates its principal business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law of your country requires otherwise.
